Glass has always been my passion. From the time I was a small girl growing up in Iowa viewing the world through the stained glass window in my grandfather’s home I felt drawn to the art form. In honor of those childhood memories, I named my company J. Devlin Glass Art after my beloved grandfather. J Devlin has now been designing and manufacturing quality glass home decor since 1999. By my side, helping me every step of the way are my two children, Sadie and Ryan.

After several years of searching for a company that I could partner with to re-create my designs with the same quality and attention to detail that we produced in our own studio I found a company in China. My requirements were tough. I demanded the stained glass used in our designs be sourced from the USA. I also demanded that only lead free solder be used in the manufacturing of our products to protect workers, consumers and the environment. After visiting the company in China, I knew we were a good fit.

J Devlin designs today include a broad and unique line of items including picture frames, lamps, keepsake boxes, night lights, ornaments, kaleidoscopes and trays. Each item is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans using a copper foil and solder technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the late 1800’s. This age-old art form combined with 21st century designs creates the perfect combination for unique home décor.
